Versatile, I often perform simultaneously in client-facing and backend leading roles that serve each other. Multiple projects requiring participation from specialists across disciplines depend on not only my abilities to plan and convert stakeholder collaboration into actionable steps forward, but to manage necessary resources and imposed requirements while continuously contributing to those steps’ completion.

Clear communications, unambiguous accountability, and high attention to detail shape my mode of operation. Nearly all my working traits trace back to one pillar:

What I love doing:

I am motivated by opportunities to make something from seemingly nothing. Ideas, intentions, and iterations are amazing starting points, but they aren’t immediately tangible. Their realization requires deep and widely encompassing planning, heavy calendaring, cross-discipline collaboration, product and process immersion and implementation, data organization and analysis, travel coordination, budget building, client and stakeholder managing, legal procedure following, clear communicating, creative problem solving, time managing, reporting, and adapting! Applicable universally, these skills combined amount to the tools required to find, nurture, and thrive off of organized and strategic methodologies and ultimately enables informed and effective decision making toward the completion of larger goals.

Where it’s led me:

Senior Producer

Inaugural Happily 2023 Producer of the Year, producing corporate symposiums and afterparties, galas, and commencements, coordinating across venue, sponsors, catering, talent, broadcast, web, and design departments to create impactful activations.
Product launches in public spaces promoting new additions to rich portfolios or brand new ventures with high exposure, and trade-show appearances in booth spaces reimagined in eye-catching branded assets and marketing experiences.
Film shoots for award winning and internationally-recognized films with casts and crews upward of 100, including budgeting, equipment procurement, shot scheduling, casting and hiring, permit filings, location scouting, set design, arranging group travel, and overseeing all aspects of production.

Product and marketing qualitative research through online diaries, in-person IDIs, shop-alongs, and focus groups including recruitment and screeners, guide development, participant grids, backroom and client management, and reporting.
Trend forecasting through competitive landscape analysis, customer attitudinal studies, portfolio auditing, and industry research.
Product development and managing the inception, design, production, and delivery for millions of apparel pieces seasonally for pre-sold private label programs with sensitive brand guidelines and requirements.
